Engagements take one of three deliberate shapes. In project or SOW-based delivery, riflêctto owns the outcome: a clearly scoped piece of work our team delivers end-to-end. In staff augmentation, you own the outcome and we provide the people: our specialists embed into your team, under your own management and processes. And a retained partnership spans both — an ongoing relationship covering delivery, quality, performance and compliance work as needs evolve.
